Cancellation and Refund Policy – GJIRMA

GJIRMA follows a no cancellation, no refund policy under the following conditions:

• Article Processing Charges (APC) are charged only after the manuscript has successfully passed peer review and is formally accepted for publication.

• Once the author makes the payment after acceptance, no cancellation or refund will be entertained under any circumstances.

• Authors are requested to carefully review their final submission and make the payment only after receiving the official acceptance notification from the editorial office.
