The publication process at Global Journal of Innovative Research in Multidisciplinary Areas is designed to ensure a seamless, fair, and rigorous evaluation of each submission. We follow a step-by-step process from manuscript submission to final publication:
- Manuscript Submission: Authors submit their manuscripts through our online submission portal, ensuring that the work complies with the journal’s formatting and submission guidelines. At this stage, authors are encouraged to include all required files, such as figures, tables, and supplementary data.
- Initial Editorial Assessment: Upon submission, the editorial team conducts an initial assessment to verify that the manuscript fits within the scope of the journal and meets baseline quality standards. Manuscripts that do not align with the journal’s aims, lack originality, or are outside the scope may be returned to the authors without further review.
- Double-Blind Peer Review: Manuscripts passing the initial check proceed to our double-blind peer review process, where both the authors’ and reviewers’ identities are kept anonymous to ensure objectivity. The manuscript is sent to at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript for originality, methodology, clarity, relevance, and scientific rigor.
- Review Feedback and Revision: Based on the feedback from the reviewers, the editorial team makes an initial decision. Manuscripts that require revision are returned to the authors with detailed comments from reviewers. Authors are expected to address each comment comprehensively and resubmit their revised manuscript within a specified timeframe.
- Final Review and Editorial Decision: Upon resubmission, the revised manuscript may be sent to the original reviewers or additional reviewers for further assessment. The editorial team then makes a final decision based on the reviewers’ recommendations, determining whether the manuscript will be accepted, further revised, or rejected.
- Proofreading and Formatting: Accepted manuscripts undergo thorough proofreading and formatting to ensure accuracy and adherence to the journal’s style. Authors receive the proofs to confirm the final edits before publication.
- Publication and Open Access: Once finalized, the article is published on our website as part of the upcoming issue, accessible freely to readers around the world. Published articles are indexed in major academic platforms to maximize visibility and impact.
